Welcome to Azande News
Azande News is now live — a shared space for the Azande people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, South Sudan, and the Central African Republic, and the diaspora around the world, to read and share news, culture, history, and language.
This is a community-run project, built by and for the Azande people, wherever they call home. Whether you trace your family to Yambio, Isiro, Rafaï, or anywhere else the Azande have lived, worked, and built community, this platform is for you.
Here you can read news relevant to Azande communities, learn about Azande history, culture, and the Zande language, contribute to a growing Zande Dictionary, write and share your own posts, and connect with other community members through comments.
This is just the beginning. The more the community contributes, the richer this space becomes. Thank you for being part of it from the start.
