Azande people live not only across the Democratic Republic of the Congo, South Sudan, and the Central African Republic, but around the world — in Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East, and beyond.

This section is for that diaspora: stories about Azande life abroad, associations and gatherings in diaspora communities, reflections on staying connected to home and heritage from a distance, and news relevant to Azande people living outside the three home countries.

If you are part of the diaspora, we especially want to hear from you. This platform exists to connect Azande people everywhere, and that only works if the diaspora is genuinely part of it — not an afterthought.
